| Sign Permit |
This form needs to be used for any type of a Signage Permit – including pole signs, roof top signs, signs on the sides of buildings, etc.
With the application please submit a drawing showing where the sign will be placed. For a pole sign, show how many feet from the sign to the property lines. For a sign on the side of a building, please show a side view of the building (with dimensions of the wall) and placement and dimensions of the sign itself.

| Building Permit |
A Permit is required to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, or convert a structure. Some of the various smaller items that need a permit are: remodeling, finishing a basement, reroofing, decks, shops or accessory buildings, hot water tanks, fireplaces, plus many more. Please call the Building Department if you are in doubt about whether a permit is needed and also as to what types of submittals will be needed with your permit application.
